Performing gentle movements on the fascia which help stimulate the autonomic nervous system. FASCIAL RELEASE & BOWEN THERAPY

Fascia is a thin connective tissue that connects the entire body; wrapping around every single bone, muscle, tendon, organ, and nerve. Its major role for the body is structure and protection, but it also serves as a second brain and storage system for physical, energetic and emotional trauma.
